Facilities
The Main Hall comprises a large hall with a stage at rear and a balcony. 120 people can be seated comfortably without using the stage. (The balcony is not normally used).
The kitchen, a large lobby, and separate ladies and gents lavatories are at the rear of the main hall.
The Kennedy Room, adjacent to the entrance lobby, is normally included when the Hall is hired. It has a large hatch through to the Hall and is used as a bar for drinks and light refreshments. The Kennedy Room is not available for separate hire.
The Committee Room is also adjacent to the entrance lobby and may be hired separately for small meetings (eg up to approx 16 people). It is not available when a major event is taking place in the Main Hall.
Equipment
There are sufficient tables and chairs to seat 120. The kitchen contains a cooker and a refridgerator, sink unit with hot water, range of storage unit and work surfaces.
There is a range of kitchen equipment, crocker and cutlery in the kitchen, however users should check that this is adequate for their event when hiring.
There is a separate refrigerator in the Kennedy Room/Bar, together with work surfaces and sinks for washing up glasses.
