Osteopathy is a hands-on, holistic therapy which is applied to the musculoskeletal system relieving pain and improving function of the body. Local resident and registered osteopath.
Available on Monday to Thursday (8:30am to 6:30pm). Home visits also possible. Appointments are held in the quiet treatment room to the rear of the hall.

Physiotherapy Treatment
Serena Cooper is a specialist MSK physiotherapist, having worked both in advanced practice physiotherapist and in rehabilitation.
Serena will use her advanced clinical skills to assess, diagnose and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including but not limited to:

Low back pain and sciatica

Tendinopathy in the upper and lower limb

Sports injuries

Pre and post operative rehabilitation
A range of treatment techniques are available, including joint mobilisations, soft tissue therapy and exercises to help muscles, joints and nerves to help restore their normal function.

Well appointed room with a quiet relaxed feel in a beautiful rural village. Suitable for bodywork therapies with our 2 section hydraulic couch or for talking therapies with comfortable chairs.
Hand washing facilities and small storage area for regular bookers.
Hourly rate: £10
Half Day rate: £30 08:30 to 12:30 or 1:30 to 5:30 (4 hours)
Full Day rate: £60 08:30 to 6:30 (10 hours)
